AI Enablement & Adoption Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking an AI Enablement & Adoption Analyst to drive hands-on AI adoption across a U.S.-based workforce. This role partners closely with AI leadership to translate emerging AI capabilities into practical, day-to-day use across the organization.

You will design and deliver training, build enablement resources, lead adoption initiatives, and prototype lightweight solutions that showcase the real-world impact of AI.

This is a people-first role suited for someone who enjoys teaching, influencing, and helping users at all levels-from beginners to advanced practitioners-build confidence and capability with AI tools.

Note: AI tool governance and approval are managed by a separate internal committee. This role focuses on enablement, adoption, and applied AI.


Key Responsibilities

AI Enablement & Training

  • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and hands-on labs for enterprise AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Gamma, etc.)
  • Create high-quality enablement materials including guides, short-form videos, and use-case libraries
  • Support users across all proficiency levels, from first-time users to advanced power users
  • Serve as a trusted internal resource, translating AI capabilities into practical workflows

AI Adoption & Change Management

  • Champion AI adoption by identifying use cases and leading pilot programs across departments
  • Define, track, and report on adoption metrics to measure impact and optimize initiatives
  • Partner with business leaders to embed AI into existing workflows and processes
  • Stay current on AI trends, tools, and features, proactively sharing insights with the organization

Prototyping & Applied AI

  • Build lightweight AI-powered tools, automations, and proofs of concept to demonstrate value
  • Utilize no-code, low-code, or light-code platforms (e.g., Replit, Apps Script, Python, JavaScript)
  • Document solutions and handoff materials for scaling or transition to technical teams

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present clear, business-focused updates on AI adoption and program performance
  • Develop internal communications such as newsletters, reports, and knowledge base content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, HR, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in AI enablement, digital transformation, training, or technology adoption
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience presenting to diverse audiences, including leadership
  • Proven ability to drive engagement and adoption across varying user skill levels
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools or basic scripting (Python, JavaScript, Apps Script)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote environment
  • Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning

Preferred

  • Experience leading enterprise AI or technology adoption initiatives
  • Background in change management or project management
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker Studio)
  • Experience in global or multi-entity organizations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
